The Multivolt LED pin base lamp is the perfect energy-saving replacement for pin base lights on boats and yachts. Thanks to its wide voltage range of 10-30V, it is suitable for both 12V and 24V electrical systems – one lamp for all applications!
Using only about 10% of the power consumption of a conventional incandescent bulb, this LED lamp saves considerable energy and conserves battery power. The warm white light (2700 Kelvin) provides pleasant, glare-free illumination, while its extremely long lifespan of 20,000 to 30,000 hours drastically reduces maintenance intervals.
Available in two base versions (G4 and GZ4) with 10 or 12 LEDs. The compact design with a Ø of 21 mm fits most standard pin-base light fixtures and is ideal for map lights, reading lamps, and cabin lighting.
| Item No. | dimension mm |
current A |
execution | base | Tension V |
Color temperature K |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| LED1386 | Ø 21 mm | 0.06 A | 12 diodes | G4 | 10-30 V | 2700 K |
| LED1388 | Ø 21 mm | 0.06 A | 10 diodes | GZ4 | 10-30 V | 2700 K |
G4 (LED1386): Standard pin base with 4mm pin spacing. Widely used in map lights, reading lamps, and spotlights. 12 LEDs for optimal brightness.
GZ4 (LED1388): Pin base with 4mm pin spacing and additional guide cams for precise positioning. Frequently used in high-quality luminaires. 10 LEDs for slightly lower brightness.
Important: Before purchasing, check which socket type your light fixture requires. The pin spacing is 4mm for both types, but the guide lugs on the GZ4 can affect compatibility.
Universally applicable: The wide voltage range of 10-30V makes this LED lamp universally applicable. Whether 12V or 24V electrical system – one lamp fits both systems.
Voltage fluctuation tolerant: The multivolt technology automatically compensates for voltage fluctuations in the vehicle's electrical system. The lamp always shines with constant brightness, regardless of the current vehicle voltage.
Simplified warehousing: You only need one type of lamp for all applications - no separate 12V and 24V lamps are needed anymore.
Pay attention to polarity: LED bulbs are polarity-dependent. If the bulb does not light up, rotate it 180° in the socket. If the polarity is incorrect, the bulb will not light up, but it will not be damaged.
Simple test: If the bulb doesn't light up after insertion, simply remove it, turn it 180° and reinsert it. It should now light up.
Choose the correct socket type: Before buying, check which socket type your light fixture requires (G4 or GZ4). Both have a 4mm pin spacing, but GZ4 has additional guide lugs.
Easy replacement: Before changing the bulb, switch off the power supply. Pull the old bulb straight out of the socket and insert the new LED bulb.
Check polarity: If the lamp does not light up, turn it 180° in the socket.
Do not touch: Avoid touching the pins with bare fingers to prevent corrosion.
Multivolt LED pin-base lamps are the environmentally friendly and energy-efficient alternative to conventional halogen lamps. With only about 10% less power consumption, you not only save energy and extend battery life, but also reduce CO2 emissions. Their extremely long lifespan of 20,000 to 30,000 hours means less waste and less frequent lamp replacements – good for the environment and your wallet!
