High-quality double-sided adhesive tape specially developed for the permanent bonding of laminate and wood surfaces on board! MAXX LAMINATE double-sided adhesive tape is a special mounting tape with high initial tack for invisible, permanent bonding of laminate, wood, and similar materials on boats and yachts. With its strong adhesive strength on both sides, it is ideal for marine interior applications and offers reliable adhesion to various surfaces.
This double-sided adhesive tape is used on board specifically for interior finishing and assembly tasks. Typical applications include attaching laminate panels, wood paneling, decorative moldings, or trim profiles in interior spaces. The tape is also ideal for fixing furniture fronts, drawer inserts, or other interior fittings. Its special formulation allows for secure bonding to laminate and wood surfaces, conforming flexibly to contours.
| Item No. | Width (mm) | Running length (m) |
|---|---|---|

Technical specifications: Item number CT861000, width 50mm, running length 25m, double-sided adhesive tape, specially for laminate and wood surfaces, high immediate adhesion on both sides, with protective cover, brand MAXX LAMINAT.
Typical applications on board: laminate panels (fastening laminate cladding in interior areas), wood paneling (mounting wood panels and decorative profiles), trim strips (invisible fastening of decorative and finishing strips), furniture fronts (fixing of fronts, drawer inserts and interior fittings), interior fittings (versatile bonding for maritime interior fittings applications).
Professional tip for application: For optimal adhesion, both surfaces should be clean, dry, and free of grease. Clean the surfaces with isopropanol or a suitable cleaner before bonding. Pay particular attention to ensuring that laminate surfaces are dust-free. After applying the tape, press the bond firmly together. The high initial tack allows for immediate load-bearing capacity; full adhesive strength develops after 72 hours.
Important notes: The bond is permanent and difficult to undo. Therefore, carefully position the parts to be bonded before applying final pressure. Particularly suitable for smooth laminate and wood surfaces. Not suitable for rough or porous surfaces. For structural connections subject to high loads, we recommend additional mechanical fastening. Rely on MAXX LAMINAT quality for professional bonding in marine interior construction.
