With a width of 25mm, a thickness of 1.6mm, and a breaking strength of approximately 924 daN, it offers maximum strength and reliability. The plain weave with a ribbed edge ensures exceptional durability and prevents fraying. The webbing is only supplied in complete 100m rolls and is ideal for sailmakers and professional maritime applications.

This special rigging webbing is primarily used for making professional rigging ties for sail attachment. With its high breaking strength of approximately 924 daN, it is ideal for demanding applications such as attaching mainsails to the boom. The plain weave with a ribbed edge ensures exceptional durability and prevents fraying of the cut edges. The polyester material is UV-resistant and reliably withstands marine conditions with saltwater and weathering. This webbing is also perfectly suited for other professional fastening tasks on board.
âš“ Professional tip for use:
Cut the webbing to the desired length. The ribbed edge prevents fraying; however, sealing the cut edges with a lighter or hot cutter is recommended. Sew loops or attach fasteners for custom tags. The webbing can also be used with rivets or other fasteners. Its high breaking strength of 924 daN makes it suitable for even heavy-duty applications. Please note that the webbing is only available in full 100m rolls.

The webbing is only supplied in complete 100m rolls. Seal the cut edges after cutting to prevent fraying. Although the ribbed edge already provides protection, additional heat sealing is recommended. Observe the maximum breaking load of approximately 924 daN and do not exceed it. UV radiation can weaken polyester over time – check the webbing regularly for wear. Store unused rolls in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight.
