Ultra Sealer Repair is silicone-free and allows for later painting without the need for time-consuming silicone removal. Ideal for professional applications, shipyards, and anywhere painting might be required later. Despite being silicone-free, it offers a brilliant high gloss and long-lasting protection.

Machine application: Clean, degrease, and polish the surface. Equip a polishing machine with a soft polishing sponge (yellow or red). Lightly dampen the sponge. Apply Ultra Sealer Repair to the surface or the sponge. Spread evenly at low speed (800-1200 rpm) and with light pressure. Apply thinly – less is more. Allow to dry briefly (1-2 minutes). Buff to a high gloss with a microfiber cloth.

Manual application: Clean, degrease, and polish the surface. Lightly dampen a microfiber cloth or applicator sponge. Apply Ultra Sealer Repair to the cloth or sponge. Apply a thin, even coat to the surface using circular motions. Allow to dry briefly (1-2 minutes). Buff to a high shine with a clean microfiber cloth.

Coverage: Approx. 10-15 ml per m² with a thin application. The 250 ml bottle covers approx. 15-25 m², the 1 liter bottle approx. 65-100 m². Apply thinly for best results – several thin coats are better than one thick one.

Durability: Depending on usage and weather conditions, the sealant lasts 3-8 months. Shorter intervals are required for boats in saltwater or exposed to strong sunlight. Reapplication is recommended when water no longer beads up. Apply before winter storage for optimal protection.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Protect from frost. Close the bottle tightly after use. If stored correctly, it will keep for at least 2 years. Shake well before use.
