MAKEFAST System

2-part system: The quick-release fastener consists of a permanently mounted base plate and a removable buckle. This allows for quick attachment and release of webbing straps.

Base plate: With an outer diameter of 59 mm and a bolt circle of 44 mm, the base plate is securely attached to the deck.

Removable buckle: The strap buckle is inserted into the base plate and can be quickly removed if required.

Assembly and use

The base plate is attached to the deck using screws on the pre-drilled holes. The 25mm webbing is threaded through the buckle. The buckle is inserted into the base plate and clicks into place. To release, the buckle is removed from the base plate.

• Thread the webbing - guide a 25mm webbing through the buckle.
• Insert buckle - Insert into base plate
