WICHARD ProLine R Safety Line – Releasable under load with snap shackle

The WICHARD ProLine R safety line is a state-of-the-art lifeline with a forged stainless steel snap shackle that can be released under load in emergency situations (man overboard, capsizing, etc.). The complete set consists of two ProSnap aluminum carabiners, one stainless steel snap shackle, one elastic stretch webbing (2.0 m), and one flat webbing (1.0 m). The ProLine R combines all the features of the proven ProLine series: ergonomic design, large openings, high safety, lightweight construction, and replaceable webbing.

The patented ErgoLock system offers maximum safety through its automatic locking and latching mechanism with an indicator showing the locking status. The reflective webbing is visible even in the dark, increasing safety at night. The overload indicator complies with ISAF/ORC OSR safety regulations. The forged stainless steel snap shackle allows for release under load in emergency situations. The ProSnap aluminum carabiners are lightweight, robust, and saltwater-resistant. Ideal for offshore sailors, regatta participants, and anyone who demands the highest safety standards on board.
