WICHARD Wheel Tensioner – High-strength stainless steel construction with handwheel
The WICHARD wheel tensioner is made entirely of AISI316L stainless steel and high-strength 17.4PH steel, providing professional tensioning for backstay fittings. It features a 12 mm bolt diameter, is adjustable from 350 mm to 520 mm in length, has a 15 mm diameter bolt, and a breaking load of 5300 kg (working load 2800 kg). The black fiberglass adjustment wheel allows for precise settings. It comes complete with toggles, an adjustment scale with a red indicator, and a field-proven ratchet mechanism with a stainless steel lever.
The high-strength stainless steel construction made of AISI316L and 17.4PH ensures maximum strength and corrosion resistance. The fiberglass adjustment wheel is lightweight, robust, and UV-stable. The field-tested ratchet mechanism with stainless steel lever allows for easy and precise tensioning of the backstay. The adjustment scale with a red indicator makes it easy to monitor the tension. Toggle switches are included. Suitable for 5/6/7 mm wire ropes with M12 threads.
