How it works

Stopgull Air harnesses natural wind power for movement. Its specially designed arms rotate and move constantly and unpredictably, even in a light breeze. This continuous movement disorients seabirds approaching the boat, effectively keeping them away without injuring or endangering them.

Mounting options

Included in the delivery is a screw base that can be mounted directly on the deck. Stopgull also offers eight different optional mounting bases for various applications:

• Railing bracket - For handrails and railing tubes
• Tree support - For large trees with quick-release fastener
• Bimini top bracket - For open sunshades
• Suction cup - For smooth surfaces without drilling
• Sandbag - Flexible deck mounting without screws

Size selection

Stopgull Air (185 cm): Ideal for small to medium-sized boats, cockpit areas and limited deck space.

Stopgull Air XL (235 cm): Recommended for larger yachts, extensive deck areas and maximum protection.

Assembly and handling

The installation is extremely simple:

• Mount the base - attach the screw base to the desired location.
• Insert Stopgull Air - plug the system into the base.
• Unfold arms - Position movable arms
• Ready - Immediately ready for use in windy conditions

To fold it up, simply fold in the arms and remove the system from the base - ideal for travel or winter storage.

Note: Alternative mounting bases are available separately and allow flexible mounting without drilling (e.g. suction cup, sandbag) or in different positions (railing, tree, bimini).
