Gütermann's high-quality SERAFIL WRe polyester multifilament is an environmentally friendly sewing thread made of water-repellent, PFC-free polyester. Free from harmful chemicals, it offers excellent sewing performance with perfect stitch formation and is extremely durable at the seam.

Heat resistant: Does not melt even when exposed to hot needles
Temperature resistant: Melting point approx. 250-260°C
Dimensionally stable: Polyester softens at 220-240°C, shrinkage at 150°C is less than 1%.
Versatile use: For water-repellent closure and decorative seams as well as coarse decorative embroidery
Two strengths: 20 WRe (Tex 135) and 30 WRe (Tex 90)
Large spool lengths: 2500 m or 4000 m depending on yarn thickness
Multiple colors: White, Natural, Beige, Royal Blue, Navy Blue, Green, Red, Black, Light Gray, Anthracite

SERAFIL WRe sailmaker's thread is available in two different thicknesses. It is supplied in full spools with long running lengths.

Type 20 WRe (Tex 135): 2500 m spool length, recommended needle size 120-140 NM / 19-22

Type 30 WRe (Tex 90): 4000 m spool length, recommended needle size 100-130 NM / 16-21
