High-quality hook-and-loop sanding discs for professional use. The 150 mm versions feature a grid structure with a large suction area and 15-hole perforations for improved dust extraction. Adapters for M8 and 5/16" threads are included, making them compatible with all common machines. Available in soft and medium hardness for various applications.
The compact 76 mm medium-hardness sanding pad is ideal for angle grinders and detail work. All sanding pads feature a robust hook-and-loop fastening system for a secure hold on the sandpaper, even at high speeds. The different hardness grades allow for optimal adaptation to the specific sanding task.
Product features:

Technical specifications: Diameter 150 mm or 76 mm, hook and loop fastener, 150 mm with grid structure and 15-hole perforation, adapter M8 and 5/16 inch (for 150 mm), hardness grades soft and medium, durable construction.
Areas of application:
Hardness selection: Soft sanding pads adapt to curves and curved surfaces – ideal for hull sanding and uneven surfaces. They prevent excessive material removal on edges. Medium sanding pads are versatile and suitable for flat and slightly curved surfaces – the standard for most sanding jobs.
Assembly: Screw the adapter (for 150 mm versions) onto the machine spindle – M8 for metric threads, 5/16 inch for imperial threads. Attach the sanding pad and tighten. Press the sandpaper with the appropriate hole pattern (15 holes for 150 mm) onto the hook and loop fastener. Align the holes for optimal dust extraction.
Maintenance: Regularly remove sanding dust from the backing pad. Clean the hook and loop fastener with a brush or compressed air – clogged hook and loop surfaces will no longer hold the sandpaper securely. Replace when the hook and loop fastener is worn or the pad has hardened.
The hook-and-loop sanding discs are the heart of every sanding machine. The 150 mm versions with a grid structure and 15-hole perforation guarantee optimal dust extraction for clean working. The included adapters (M8 and 5/16 inch) make them universally applicable. The choice between soft and medium hardness allows for optimal adaptation to the sanding task – from curved hull surfaces to flat decks.
