This two-piece split ring anode protects the drive shaft of your YANMAR marine engine from galvanic corrosion and extends the service life of the metallic components. The anode is specifically designed for YANMAR SD drives and meets OEM specifications. It is available in three material options: zinc, magnesium, and aluminum.
Zinc anodes are ideal for use in saltwater, magnesium anodes are particularly effective in freshwater, while aluminum anodes can be used universally in both salt and brackish water. The two-part design allows for easy installation without disassembling the shaft.
