Two-part system
Sleeve (EK86596-1): The sleeve is recessed into the deck. It has an outer diameter of 59 mm and a bolt circle of 44 mm for the mounting screws.
Insert (EK86596-2): The insert with the fork (7 mm fork width) is inserted into the sleeve and is removable. This allows for flexible use and easy maintenance.
Technical details
Outer diameter (Øa): 59 mm - diameter of the sleeve for the installation opening in the deck.
Pitch circle diameter: 44 mm - diameter of the bolt circle for the mounting screws.
Fork width: 7 mm - width of the fork at the insert for mounting the convertible top frame.
Assembly and use
The sleeve is recessed into the deck and secured with screws on the bolt circle. The insert with the fork is then placed into the sleeve. The convertible top frame is guided through the fork with a bolt. The insert can be removed when not in use.
