FOB LIGHT Aluminum Anchor – Lightweight and highly efficient thanks to optimal geometry

The secure and reliable holding power of anchors depends more on good geometric design than on weight. The FOBLIGHT aluminum anchor is made of an aluminum-magnesium alloy, and its holding performance has been confirmed in numerous tests by Lloyd's and Veritas. The FAE10 anchor can be quickly adjusted to the seabed. For silty bottoms, the flukes should be set at a 45° angle, and for sandy bottoms, at a 32° angle. This ensures optimal holding power despite the low weight. The flukes of the FAE06 have a fixed angle of 32° and are ideal for sandy bottoms. Supplied complete with a practical carrying case.

The FOB LIGHT aluminum anchor impresses with its innovative aluminum-magnesium alloy, which is extremely lightweight yet highly strong. Its optimized geometry ensures maximum holding power despite its low weight. Holding performance has been confirmed by Lloyd's and Veritas in numerous tests. The FAE10, with adjustable fluke angles (32° and 45°), can be quickly adapted to different seabed conditions – 45° for mud, 32° for sand. The FAE06, with a fixed 32° angle, is ideal for sandy bottoms. The practical carrying case allows for easy transport and storage. Perfect for smaller boats up to 4 tons that require lightweight yet reliable anchoring.
